Fight Choreography Workshop - Ready, Set, Fight!

(Beginner friendly, no experience needed, & free food!)
Come learn the basics of fight choreography! How do you work with a fight director to make stage combat look as good as possible, with as little rehearsal time as possible? You'll learn a broad overview of stage combat principles, so that you're more prepared to make a complicated fight look great onstage.

This workshop is led by Melissa Freilich, who works as a director, teacher and fight choreographer in Baltimore, MD. She is a certified teacher Dueling Arts International and the Society of American Fight Directors, as well as an Alexander Technique teacher for AmSAT. Her passions include directing plays with strong female characters, biking around Baltimore, and helping people enjoy stage combat whether or not they think of themselves as coordinated.
